Hi! I would like to ask an advice about my situation. Me and my friend riding a motorbike and we accidentally bump into a car last year. I don't know which one should I blame on what happen to my arm. It was badly injured and non of them pay my hospital bills. So what should I do now? Do I have to sue the owner of the car or my friend?
