I have been late on power payments and agreed to make payments and catch it up now that I'm out of town Big horn rea pulled my meter and I have a girl living there and dogs to take care of while I'm away working in AZ. can they do that when it below 23f and in Jan.??
If you had children, elderly or someone disabled, they can't turn it off during certain winter months. If you where given notices of termination of services and didn't communicated with the utility company on a payment plan...yes they can terminate your services.
