    Default after probation

this may seem like a silly question but i won't be able to rest easy until i know for sure. i've just completed a probation. if i broke a rule or two while on probation and someone knows about it and decides to call my former probation officer to rat me out, can i get in trouble even though i'm off probation?

No. Once you've discharged from the sentence, you're in the clear.
The only violations you should possibly be concerned about are those that would also be a violation of the law. Probation rules are no longer a concern.
