Help will & contesting the will

I want to know how I can preceed with contesting the will of my mother. Who left me out of the last will but was in the prior one? I believe that my sister influenced her to change her will? How should I preceed?

Are there attorney's who do it based on winning a lawsuit based on percent if you win? My she took charge with a power of attorney, living will, even when my mother was able to make decisions for herself. I was on the will prior to the changing of the last will. How do I find out if that will still exists? My sister got all the estate estimated at $300,000+ and my brother & I ended up with a dollar. I just understand how this happened because my sister was never there in the picture but towards the end. How much will it cost to file and when should I do it? Before a lawyer or after I have someone who will present it to the judge?

If there is a WILL & my sister is power of attorney, can I still be able to go to probate court and demand a consideration on the overriding with an existing will that had you in it, as an heir? I want to know how I can do this myself? I have strong concerns that my sister manipulated my mother into changing her WILL. Yes, the new WILL has the proper signatures of witnesses & even is type-written by a lawyer & notary! But, is there a way to go to court with witnesses that were around to say the way my sister controlled my mother's every move & decisions? It never once came from my mother's lips & she was able to make her own decisions up to about 2 weeks before she died... Do I have a leg to stand on, or am I just wasting my time?
