Is it legal to give your dogs their annual and rabies shots yourself or does a vet have to do it?

I have 20 small dogs, some rescue's looking for homes and some are my pets. I was wondering if in Braxton County, WV it's legal to give them their shots myself. I move here from Ohio a few months ago and found out you have to have rabies shots here. It is cheaper for me to do it myself but I want to make sure it is legal. I just bought flea drops, dog food, treats, blankets, toys, etc for them and I need to cut corners if I can. If anyone knows or can tell me how to find out I would really appreciate it. My vet told me where to buy shot kitsfrom. Hard to get with corona virus tho. Comes with live immunization culture n syringe with tip. Easy illustrated directions. Any farm supply store. Ask clerk if they carry5 or7ways for ur doggies. @here bout8/9$.not bad costs on net though. Remember to NEVERrecap used syringesm burn spent vials and rig. Biohazard!
