Is there a law against having to witness a neighbor not feeding its dog on a daily basis? The dog is kept in a kennel directly behind our house. We are aware that the neighbor does not feed the dog on a daily basis. This causes us to feel distress. Is there any group we can contact? Is there anything we can do legally to have the dog taken away and put in a better environment?
