    Question Gift basket advertising

    Is it illegal to advertise my gift baskets on my web page or in flyers etc.. if the picture of the basket has products from other companies such as hershey, kraft etc...? if so what do i need to do to advertise and start the business?

    It is legal to use a picture of what you are selling that contains name brand products.
