We want to create our last will and testaments; however, we've heard that there are new Virginia laws that have all kinds of restrictions. The closest attorney to us charges $500 apiece for a simple will. We don't have a big estate (less than $300,000 total) and it's just the two of us (married). Is there a way we can create our wills a little cheaper and still have it legal in Virginia?
