If you are willed a peace of proptery with judgements on it what recourse do you have when trying to borrow money againist it
The judgments must be satisfied before the land can be transfered. those who hold the judgments can foreclose on the property but usually don't because the cost to foreclose is not worth the relatively small judgment.
