    Default Deny Goodtime From The Time Filed Upon

    Is it legal to deny a person the ggodtime that they had served from the time of the state filing formal charges, this would mean that if a person was in another county and awaiting to be transported to another, their time should be running

    There are many different ways to define "good time" and often jurisdictions process it differently than a neighboring jurisdiction. Check with your prosecutor to learn the answer. Good luck.
