child support?is this right?
okay so my friend is having child support battles with her ex husband.her children live with her ex husbands mother and he lives elsewhere.but his mother's home is still his mailing address.his mother has custody of the children.but he filed for child support and does not have custody of the children.is that even possible???how can you file child support for children you have no custody over.my friend has 10 days to appeal. can anyone help me help her?is this just?please reply with comments and opinions.
