Hi!

How long to I have to hold onto property that a contractor left at my home last year (Oct. 31, 2008 was the last time they were here).

I've been storing this equipment in my garage for a year, and would like my space back. Also, on the off chance that I can get in touch with them (phone #'s no longer in service, moved and the Attorney Generals office couldn't find them), is it proper to charge fair market storage fees before releasing the equipment?
