how to avoid detention in UAE

I have a visa problem and by entering the country, police will arrest me in airport. all my colleagues had same issue and they satyed in Jail for like a month and then everything was fine and they went back home. it seems case is about our sponsor but they need question us too. but I cant stay in jail for several weeks, first I didnt do anything wrong. 2nd I have to take care about a patient in my familly and I cant leave her for a month. but also I want to go to UAE to resolve my case to be able to travel and have no issue in my name.
My question is can I get a lawyer and write to the court that I want to come to the country on my own decision and get a limited time permit to attend to the court, but during that time they dont arrest me at the airport? even I can send a freind or familly member to deposit his passport to the court to gaurantee that I come for sure. is it possible in UAE, particullary Abu Dhabi and how?
