My child's father and his wife filed a bunch of lies on me and trying to take my child. They put in the petition that I abandon my child, and they are just trying to make it sound like I am unfit. I agreed to let my child go to their home for one year to go to school in MS. And then they turned around and file this petition on me for full custody. And can't I sue them for slander and I am in TN. The father has no rights he signed those away long time ago. What could I do? They should be brought up on some charges of purjury.
