Default Is it Legal to Enact or Enforce TN Sex Offender Registration?

Under no condition, not at all, as in In a pig's eye he'll pay me back, or You think he's competent? In a pig's eye! This expression, a euphemism for in a pig's ass, is generally used as a strong negative. [Slang; late 1800s]

In law, the prosecution of a person for an offense for which he or she already has been prosecuted. In U.S. law, double jeopardy is prohibited by the 5th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which states that no person shall "be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life and limb." The clause bars second prosecutions after acquittal or conviction and prohibits multiple convictions for the same offense. Thus a person cannot be guilty of both murder and manslaughter for the same homicide, nor can a person be retried for the same crime after the case has been resolved. A person can, however, be convicted of both murder and robbery if the murder arose from the robbery. The prohibition against double jeopardy is not violated when an individual is charged for behaviour stemming from an offense for which he has been charged in a different jurisdiction or in a different court (e.g., a civil court as opposed to a criminal court). See also rights of the accused; due process.
    Bill of Attainder

Article I, section 9, clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution forbids the federal government from passing bills of attainder. The same prohibition is imposed on the states by Article I, section 10, clause 1. The U.S. Supreme Court decided at an early time, without argument, that these two clauses covered bills of pains and penalties as well as bills of attainder proper. Although this conclusion is not compelled by the language of the Constitution, it becomes entirely persuasive when the purpose of the prohibition is considered. Both bills of attainder and bills of pains and penalties are legislative acts that inflict punishment without a judicial trial. Regardless of whether the punishment decreed is death or something less than death, such enactments violate principles deeply embedded in the constitutional structure. The Constitution separates the judicial power from the legislative power (see Separation of Powers). Legislative bodies are supposed to enact general rules, applicable to all persons or certain classes of people, which grant rights to them or impose duties, prohibitions, or disabilities on them. It is the function of the judicial branch to decide, under structured procedures containing safeguards against error and abuse of power, whether a specific person is entitled to a right, or subject to a duty, prohibition, or disability established by the legislatures. Bills of attainder and bills of pains and penalties are thoroughly at odds with these principles. They inflict punitive sanctions in disregard of judicial methods of proof designed to insure fairness in fact‐finding. The history of bills of attainder has also shown that their passage was often induced by popular passion or motivated by unproved suspicions.

Lat: after the fact; "every law that makes an action done before the passing of the law and which was innocent when done to become criminal and punishable as such [a crime]; every law that aggravates a crime or makes it greater than when it was committed; every law that changes and inflicts a greater punishment; and every law that alters the legal rules of evidence, and receives less, or different, testimony than the law required at the time of the commission of the offense, in order to convict the offender." 171 S.W. 2d 880. Such a law violates Art. I, Secs. 9 (Cl. 3) & 10 of the Constitution of the United States which provide that neither Congress nor any state shall pass an ex post facto law; these provisions have been held applicable only to criminal statutes. 3 U.S. (3 Dall.) 386, 390. Compare bill of attainder.

Lucifer has approached each State lawmaker to make a pack with the devil.

Pack with the devil has required each State lawmaker to enact an association entitled, Sex Offender Registration (SOR).

Police have round up all persons that have been convicted of sex crimes in the past and locked him or her up if he or she has refused to register as a sex offender.

Annual association membership dues have covered the administrative cost:

    Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI)
    1. Posting name on internet
    2. Posting photo on internet
    3. Posting address on the internet
    4. Police surveillance
    5. Police tracking
    6. Police monitoring

Registered sex offenders by law must sign consent forms to waive his or her 14th Amendment Right to equal police protection.

Lucifer in exchange has promised to poison the mind and tongue of Christian men or women to hate all sex offenders.

Christian community will flock to the polls to elect State lawmakers who have signed a pack with the devil.

Chairman of the Senate Subcommittee of the Judiciary has received voluminous complaints from American citizens in Tennessee and across the USA petitioning for a hearing to probe into the Legislative and Executive Branch.

Syndicated news groups have published the following headline:

    Closing Arguments

Lucifer's ambition is to kindle hatred in the hearts of Christians. He is ruthless, callous and diabolical. He will abuse our laws to his advantage.

While we have been foolishly celebrating our brothers or sisters being cast into prison, Lucifer has been celebrating God damning us into hell as our judgment and/or condemnation for disobeying the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This is a very serious matter to those who believe and worship God. To those who don't believe it really doesn't matter.

HIs motive is obvious in that if registration were such an effective police tool, then why hasn't it applied to all convicted felons?
    • Murderers
    • Robbers
    • Burglars
    • Kidnappers
    • Carjackers
    • Hijackers
    • Drug Dealers
    • DUI Offenders
    • Identify Thieves

Reason Tennessee lawmakers haven't enacted laws requiring all convicted felons to register is because the law is unconstitutional. It can't fly! It is a bunch of devil mess that Lucifer has concocted.

Christians may feign as if he or she were blind. See no evil, hear no evil or speak no evil. Go ahead and bury your head in the sand.

God hasn't been deceived by our appearances. He has looked deep into our heart to judge our soul.

Dare not to hate any person for any reason. It is okay in God's sight for us to detest bad behaviors. Yet, God has forbidden us to hate our own brothers or sisters.

Rather, God has commanded us to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. If we love our neighbors then we don't engage in name calling. Instead, we address him or her in a godly manner by surname or as citizen.

1Jo3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.
    Amen!
