is it legal to take wild horses from cmberland island? (cumberland island is on the East coast of Georgia)

I can tell you, in N.C., according to the 2 replies that I received from the State Attorneys office stated this- "There is NO State agency that has the Authority to take on any kind of investigation on their own initiative or at the request by a Citizen. Only at the request of the very officials,that were the ones involved in my case, could make such request in order for an investigation to happen." I got the same answer twice from there. I have yet to get any action from any of the over 500 letters that I have sent out to any official, Institute, Agency, School of Law, committee that I could find. So I say to you what I have found out. The guarantee of The Constitution is useless, if there is no way to collect on that guarantee. Only if for some reason, there is some attention gained in a situation and it gets the attention of someone that has clout, can you get anything done about your rights being violated. If you live in a place, like I do, where the News Media is totally controlled by The Judicial Crooks that run the only money making business around here. Then the chance of getting anything done is impossible. No matter how many letters, e-mails of phone calls you send or make, It will not help. The only way to get justice is by numbers. Not the numbers of what 1 individual does, but by what is done, by how many Individuals. Start recruiting fellow violated Citizens. You will be surprised when you begin, to learn of how many there are. Hurry though, or any claim that you may finally get some attention drawn to, may be time barred if it takes to long.
I wish you luck and encourage you to be persistant. If you are in the right, Then nothing is more important than protecting your RIGHTS! The rights that we are loosing at a very fast pace. Most people do not even realize it, so it is up to the ones who do realize it to take it all on in full force. Standing up for TRUTH IN JUSTICE! I had rather die because I Stood than to live with the knowledge that I didn't.

Yes!!! I plan to keep my dignity, privacy and honor in my life this is my right not only as a citizen but also a child of GOD I do have rights and no one can take these rights and do as they please with them for they belong to me. will not tolerate a sneakin law enforcement officer to violate my privacy by giving my information to any persons just because they say they have links to the police force "friends" please since when can a store clerk gain access to police files or a persons personal information this is corruption and I have been violated I feel shame Police very corrupted in this country I feel shamed to have been born here O CANADA...I see what is going on and I will be persistant it is my life they are making public and I am protecting my rights.
