Default Driving in Flip Flops?
Is it illegal to drive in flip flops in Arkansas? I can see where this could be dangerous, but i was told not to get caught doing it with my insurance company either.

I am sure it is fine, though it's not the best footwear to be driving in is it?

I have heard of many insurance companies failing to pay out on claims because people were driving flip flops, but insurance companies will try and get out of paying up anyway.

i'm quite sure it's ok to drive with flip flops. But i'm not sure if it would be a merit against you if ever an accident happens and the other person who is involve in the accident would claim that the reason an accident occurred because you are not wearing proper driving footwear. what do you think guys?

Basically the insurance company will give out payments/insurance to accidents due to uncontrollable circumstances...wearing flip flops is controllable by the driver.....

lol, thats quite stupid, but hilarious. Yeah I guess it could be dangerious.. stomp your toe and speed and wreck by accident.
