    Default Is this considered a stupid law?

    In Louisiana, biting someone with your natural teeth is considered “simple assault,” but biting someone with your dentures is “aggravated assault.”

    Default dentures are deadly weapons

    Maybe the DA considers the dentures to be a weapon or a deadly weapon. I believe the difference between the simple and aggravated assault statues include using a weapon.

    Be careful about that U of L school ring when you punch someone...it might be a weapon.
