Good day everyone. I would like to offer you my problem and its all about property and my family. I bought a property in Fort Pierre from my sister. But the problem is, I haven't transferred it to my name. One day she borrowed the land title from my mother, since I gave it to her to keep. Few months later I ask my mother about the land title, then she told me that my sister borrowed it. So I ask my sister about it. She don't answer my calls and instead hidding from me. We don't have an agreement about the transaction. So my problem is. What should I do to get it back? Can I sue my sister? But we don't have an agreement. Thanks in advance.

There is nothing you can do about it. Well if there is someone who will stand as a witness with the transaction then its possible. You can ask your mom to stand as a witness if you like. But talk about it peacefully no need to submit it to the court. Good luck!
