Both mother & daughter rent an apartment in the same building.
Daughter was evicted because she was late (only 7 days) with her rent payment, mother is still residing in the same building. Former landlord of daugher told the daughter she was banned from premises and cannot visit her mother at this building. Is this legal?
Does she still resides in the same building? Why evicted when she's late for only 7days? It's not right, even if she's not residing on the same apartment as her mother do. Her mother got the right to welcome her daughter inside the premises.
