Both SC and Dorchester county laws provide statue that allows for parking on subdivision streets whereby it is lawful providing the road is not blocked. There are provisions stating that you must park x number of feet (don't remember the exact) from stop signs, etc. What I would like to know are the laws where a subdivision by-law dictates that you can not overnight park on the street. The streets are owned and maintained by the county and state and not by the subdivision. Is this something that a homeowners association can enforce?
Also, does anyone have a good online source to SC code of laws?
Just Google your states revised statutes
