Celebrities in debt
Kristen Bell's house went into foreclosure. She bought it for $3.1 million in 2006 and was told in December that she would lose it if she didn't do anything. She then moved in her with fiancee.
I think there should be some other penalty to people with money that do stuff like that. That was just irresponsible. She could have sold it at a loss a long time ago.

There is scope to also say that in this case the celebrity should go for forebearance. They would easily be able to raise funds through the selling of assets or marketing merchandise.
Each case should be scrutinised relative to their present financial situation, and should not apply this universal principle to all foreclosure cases.
