Is it legal for police to search one's facebook and email to find leads
i am not a lawyer but i do believe they have the right.
facebook, myspace, etc are all public sites. they are public information.
i personally believe if you were not smart enough to keep leads off of the internet and social areas that is your fault for not reading the Terms of Service and EULA.
i am not trying to be mean but the internet can be an evil place or it can be a fun place or a productive place. just like real life you need to realize their is always positives and negatives.
one must learn what they are doing before doing what they want.
