That's not a good thing to do Mr. Mikey. Even if he owes a big money, its not right. They can sue you with "Assault or Disorderly conduct" and its possible that even if he owes money from you, you are the one who will pay instead of him.

Alright im a highschool student. another student owes me money, if i threaten to beat him up if he doesnt give me my money is that a form of robbery? Also if i do beat him up what could i be facing if arrested?

So true, you can't just simple take the justice into your hand. Why not report it to your student administration to settle the lapses to avoid a certain problem that might happen. And its better to settle this as soon as possible.
The report will be assigned to a detective who will follow up on the statements and the crime report, and that detecive will contact you.
