    Default Is it legal to sell a non working flat screen TV

    I have a flat screen tv and the tube blew out.. it would only by like 100 bucks to fix it.. is it legal to sell it without telling this information

    It is legal to sell it so long as you state the problems that are known.

    Without telling its already broken? Hmm... That's not good honestly. You can be charge by doing that. I am not sure what kind of charges that charge against you but I think there is.
