My child just graduated from a private prep school. I owe them a balance and have offered to enter into a repayment agreement and provide security. My child was allowed to finish all the courses and received a diploma however they are not releasing the final grades until they are paid, which is interfering with college summer courses. Are they allowed to withhold the final transcripts?
