If a lawyer knows you have financial problems and you are trying to get support and he knew that it was not possible to drag ex over state lines, but made you think that. And then took me out to local park and said he wasnt charging me fully and then had me do oral sex. Is this legal? and then I get huge bill.

No it's not legal to force someone to preform ANY sex act.
Your story sounds a bit far fetched, it's hard to believe a laywer would take you to a public place and have you preform oral sex on them. Not saying it didn't happen but come on, if somebody told you a story like that would you believe it?
