Is there a law or ordinance in PA about penning of ducks/chickens? A neighbor has about a dozen of each (50 ducks by the end of last summer, he gave away all but about a dozen at the beginning of winter). He does not have these animals penned, they run loose in three neighbors yards (mine included). The ducks have caused damage to my yard (dug up an 8' by 30' area) and the chickens dug up some flower beds. Not to mention all the poop in our yards from all these animals...it's an obstacle course trying not to step in it. By June the kids couldn't play in my yard because of it. I'm not looking forward to doing this again this summer, hoping I can find a law that I can try to get enforced.
