My neighbor has been trespassing on my property although I have given verbal, written and notified the police department over the years. I posted no trespass signs and the neighbor takes them down. He recently stored a sailboat, motorcycle trailer blocking access to the utility easement.
Also this same tenant has minor children operating an ATV at the rear of my property just above a rocky ravine. As this is a potential danger, we don't mow so that we wouldn't creat "a attractive nuisance. The neighbor not only removed the stakes and chain that blocked off the area - he has now created a track for motorcross.
The gas company couldn't get pass the boat to do routine maintenance. I contacted the neighbor again by phone and registered mail. They accepted the certified letter then mailed it back to me stating "no longer at this address". As the police won't act even though it is against the law and deed restrictions, shouldn't the State Atty offer some kind of remedy?
