met a girl on craigslist who wants to smoke marijuana and have some sex.. not asking for your opinion on that, but am asking if it is illegal to meet up, i bring the marijuana and if we smoked together then had sex, is that considered prostitution?

But if both of you are two consenting adults, then why not. But yeah, marijuana is illegal.

The ABCs of dating specifically state - Anything but Craigslist! Why take the chance ? Until the 320 is legal - don't do it unless you're with safe folks in a safe place...
