I have been verbally told that my pay is going to be cut by 10% and that my employer is no longer going to pay for medical insurance. Is this legal in the state of PA? I have obligations that I must meet and am not sure what for course of action I have....The reduction I believe is so the employer can quote "make ends meet".......not because of my lack of work.
