My son's father and almost husband seperated approx. 1 year ago. He moved out about 5 months ago. I asked him muliple time to remove his belongings from my home. Finally in Nov he was told that i would relinguish rights over the items that he did not remove a week from Nov 2. He came and removed all of his clothes, furniture and a car that had been sitting the the driveway. He left a 52" tv. Today Jan 6, he is demanding i give it back. Its the tv my son plays all of his games on, I gave him ample time and warning... is it legally mine now? or illegal to keep it?
