I am hoping to get my story out there to anyone that can read it and will not stop till I get justice and support from pennsylvania over custody. This paticular Judge that i'm refering to is not going with the law he makes up his own as he goes along he only takes the parties evidence into concideration that he's going to give custody to. I want to start a petition in PA to get things changed. This Judge had no right to listen to this case in the first place as he did not have jurisdiction another judge did and still does. The law clearly states if one jugde is presiding over the case and and has jurisdiction another judge can not as you cannot have two open custody cases open at the same time. If there is anyone out there that can contact me with some input that I can use I would really appreciate it.

If you find anything out let me know. My fiance has a terrible judge in OK who legislates from the bench. She thinks she is God. You wouldn't believe the stuff this judge has done. We've written letters that have been ignored, filed an appeal, this woman is a flat out liar and has no problem lying in the orders she issues. Terrible excuse for a human being, much less a judge. We're going to keep on keepin on, but it's a battle.
