Can anyone tell me if there are any legal consequences in Pennsylvania to a person deliberately turning away from a person who has fallen? E.g., person A is drunk and falls into a fish pond where he is in danger of drowning, and person B, who observed this, pretends he hasn't seen this and walks away.
Further, is there any consequence in Pennsylvania for person B to stand and watch person A die, and THEN walk away? What is the legal term for this and what are the legal consequences?
Thanks!
Chris
