I have 2 open cases at Domestic relations, one of them I am the payee the other I am the payor. I have been unemployed for 6 months. The only income I have at this time is support for my son. My enforcment officer has threatened to freeze my support and take the payments for my youngest 2 children out of the support being paid for my eldest son. Is this legal? Can they really take the money being paid to support my son to pay my support payments?
