Hi,
Im a youth lawyer in a different state. (NM)
Im a registeed youth attorney though the state of New Mexico.
Im am a prosecuting attorney for a local teen court where we have real trials, with real teens that committed real crimes, and will get real punishments.
Basically everything is real.
To the best of my knowledge towards our law here, she will probably be sentenced to community service IF you have a teen court, try to find a teen court, that can stop her from being put in juvy.
hope this helps.
