I was wondeirng what the rules are for closing a school in PA. My local school district wants to close one of 2 high schools in the district and merge them together. I was wondering what the steps or laws or regulation or procedures they must follow in doing so. I was told somethign about "the beck" but could not find anything about it online. But I was hoping someone had some info or a site i could go look at to study the info.
