    Default mail delivery

    I live in a small boro they want us to get rid of mailboxes, it is legal for them to make us pay for mail boxes to recieve mail?

    IM PRETTY SURE ONLY THE POSTAL SERVICE CAN DO THAT

    There are many reasons for discontinuing carrier mail delivery. It is true that only the USPS can establish or discontinue a carrier route. If that happens, and only PO Box service is available for delivery of mail, you may obtain the smallest size of PO Box at no charge.
