is it legal for a website to stand by and let your actual name not screen name get trashed by another member, even after you have asked them to take steps to make it stop? i guess ill post the full story, well i was on a website pbnation.com selling a paintball gearbag, it turns out when the guy got the bag he wasnt happy. so he contacted paypal and we went through the dispute process ,and as i figured paypal sidded with me since i provided all of the proper info about the bag in the first place. after he lost in the court of paypal he then left me bad feedback which i expected , but he didnt stop there. he then started a thread that says my full name and gives my email address. in this thread im being put down in many ways but thats not the main issue, im not a child he can say whatever he wants about me i just dont like my name out there. ive been telling the website that i want my name to be removed but they have taken no action what so ever. i have personal reasons as to why i would like my full name removed for the world to see ,isnt that why we have screen names in the first place? any info will help thanks
