Can someone tell me the do's and don'ts of promotional advertising, hand to hand, door to door type marketing. I want to hand out flyers, postcards, and other promotional items to generate awareness for my company, but cannot find any form of information online that can tell me what I can and cannot do. Also, are laws region/city/township specific? I am mostly interested in North Eastern Pennsylvania. To those that will respond, thank you in advance. Your expertise is appreciated.
