Temp Custody Question

On Oct 22 A Judge gave me Temp Emergency custody of my son based on cruelty (The Judge spoke directly with my 14 yr old son)
My Exhusband lives in An adjoining county and my son has attended school in that county!
My question is Being that his school is over 40 miles away and My son is of age to decide who he chooses to live with(he wants to live with me) can I enroll him in our local school dist with his sister(who already attends this school)? Our Hearing for Custody is Nov 4!

If your dealing with potter county judge better watch it he will quote gruber v gruber and take your kid away. This judge makes up his own laws to fit who lives in his county. I,m in the process of talking with state representative and tvv staions to listen to me as far as my case . This judge take jurisdiction from other judges and makes it his own. we now have two open custody cases which is illegal but this judge didn't care. Please be very careful You need to petition court on the gruber v gruber to do anything.
