My ex-husband listens in to my phone conversations with my children. Is this legal without my consent or knowledge? He admitted to this in an email he sent me when harrassing me. I know there is a law and if this is illegal under the Pa 18 C.S.A. 5703, where do I go to further pursue this action since he is breaking the state law????
