can an employer provide descriptions of behavior that occur at the workplace to the doctor of an employee
It may be legal depending on the insurance and employee benefits documents that the employee signed up for. In some of those documents the employee may have given his consent and waived any provacy objection to the employer talking to the doctor under the plan. Contact your local office of the US Department of Labor - Wage and Hour Division. They can help you further.
