    Default private clubs and liquor

    I have heard that some clubs get around liquor licenses by charging an admission charge for adults 21+ to get in the door then drink for free. Is that legal?

    What are the legal entanglements of such a club?

    PA state and city liquor control laws are very complex. There is much more information I would need to answer this question. Check with your zoning official. Good luck.
