    Default Campground Owner Says NO to UPS

    i live in a campground with over 100 year round residents. the owner stopped allowing UPS, FedEx, etc to come in here and make deliveries to people. is this legal? if so he said somethiing about having stuff delivered to the post office? what and how do you do that?

    Look at your lease and see what it says. the Landllord cannot deny you, during the term of the lease, the rights you pay for. If you were allowed to receive UPS based on your lease agreement then he must wait until a new lease is entered to add that item (that you cannot get UPS). Using the Post Office could mean many things but it may mean that you must direct all UPS deliveries to a PO Box so they re delivered to the Post Office. Many shippers will not deliver to a PO Box.
