I am researching a legal question. Does precipitation falling on private property belong to the owner of the property. The only case law I have found is a 1935 Wyoming supreme court case - Hiber v. State. I am not a lawyer.

You own the space to minimum flight altitude as determined by the FAA. (But then, is it your pollution as well?) I have been researching trespassing statutes, and I read where the military was held liable in tort law (?) for violating this space. PA West law 2d has it.
