Father in local hospital icu 3 days.Passed there.They kept him in holding facility about 4-5 hours.Funeral home picked up.Next day called them and thay told me he had maggots!Devastated!Funeral director strongly advised autopsy.Did not want to do this to him.But agreed.County would not do it.Had to get private one.Cost a fortune.It showed maggots also.Pa health dept goes in months after I ask CMS to investigate.They go in February looking for an insect problem!No lawyer will take.Statute of limitations over in 2 weeks.Have tried that long to get help.Please somebody must care and take this horrible situation serious.Case law not strong on this in Pa.Anyone out there with ideas.........................................?!
