I recently recieved a letter from the Bradford county court in pa. The letter stated that i have not made a payment for the past 1185 days. This is certainly not true as i have money order receipts for all payments made. My question is this... Since I am now receiving SSI disability payments of 400.00 a month and have no other income can i file some sort of motion asking for relief due to indigence?
