Our hunting camp owns over 100 acres in Forest County, PA that abutts the Allegheny National Forest. For the past several years we have had to deal with ATV trails being forged across parts of our acreage by persons unknown. We have erected signs forbidding the use of ATVs except on the road, but they have had no effect. We are considering a more aggressive approach but have no clue as to how to proceed. We have never disallowed hunting on the property, but we do not wish to have people riding ATV's or snowmobiles due to liability concerns and the effect on habitat. Can anyone offer advice?
