The PA crimes code's list of offenses prohibiting the ownership of firearms includes§2504 (involuntary manslaughter) if the offense is based on the reckless use of a firearm. But looking at the code I can't find how they classify it as such. Is there a separate subsection or classification identifying it as reckless use of a firearm? And if not, how does the PA instant check system know how to classify the person attempting to purchase a firearm?
Thanks
